Need assistance? Before picking up the phone, check out our answers to some of the most frequently asked questions we receive. Finding the perfect rental can be a difficult process, however, one of our team members will be here to assist you through each step of the way. Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, we can create a personalized gift certificate for you.
What deposits do you require?
We require a small booking deposit to hold your reservation and a damage deposit for certain equipment. Damage deposits are fully refunded when the equipment is returned on time or picked up and checked by one of our staff. Normal wear and tear (scratches on the cross for example) are expected.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We are currently accepting Venmo. Once we have received your deposit, your equipment is reserved for you. Payment and deposit must be received at the time of delivery or pick up.
How do I make a reservation?
Just contact KPR by phone or text. Once we have received your deposit your reservation is completed. Booking deposits are applied towards your rental costs.
